I thrived within the industry and loved the creativity, and soon became a salon manager. During my early twenties I ran to London to find my fortune. My job gave me the opportunity to work on the QE2 and travel the world, earning considerably large amounts of money at the same time! Always in my mind as I worked I developed my psychic awareness. I met many celebrities and whilst cutting their hair my clients would tell me what was happening in their lives.
I finally purchased my own salon and ran a successful team to win several awards. However I was beginning to feel more fulfilled when talking with spirit and passing on that information to whoever was meant to listen.
I had begun to build a reputation and people would ring to book readings. Finally I worked above my salon in a private room doing sittings. My apprenticeship had also taken to a different kind of spirit when a friend asked me to read at her pub upstairs. This soon became a regular occurrence and took over my hair cuttings.
Word had spread and soon I would sit for many people, from all walks of life including media, celebrities and even royals. I was also asked to read for Lady Di but refrained when asked to sign a legal document! The lady who asked me was her healer who went on to dish the dirt in the book after Di’s death...I’m glad I trusted my instincts.
I began to teach workshops and give talks. My true love is working with spirit vibration and sharing the connection and insight with others. I love and preach the work of Louise Hay which I have had pleasure in qualifying in her courses and teaching her workshops on a regular basis.
I studied Tarot and work with this and psychometry (where you hold a piece of metal from a client and it gives off energy and information about that person’s past or present material life).
On my return to Yorkshire I believe I am visiting my roots to show that the world of spirit truly walks side by side with each one of us and there is no fear.
I endeavor to empower people to take charge of their own lives and see that there is no mumbo-jumbo involved or people in strange head scarves with freaky potions!
True connection comes from a genuine love and empathy to work in many areas to help encourage people that everyone has the ability to live in joy and abundance with health & true happiness.
I see my readings not as a TELLING of where and what to do but an UNDERSTANDING of what is happening and the CHOICES they have and can make to fulfil their true potential.
