What is a clairvoyant, medium?
Clairvoyant translated literally means clear seeing. There are many levels to a person who can contact the spirit world. The main focus for the medium who is clairvoyant is to give you evidence of survival. This is to pass energy from the spirit world and translate it to you the sitter with love and insight.
How does a reading work?
A working medium will have developed their skill of being able to open their crown Chakra and use their vessel as a mouth piece to translate messages. These messages can come in all the forms through the body senses, depending on how the medium has developed. Hearing, seeing, smelling and sensing are all part of the process. The presence of spirit may bring with them a message or some seer ship to help you the sitter, but the main priority is first and foremost to give evidence that the world of spirit is ever present around us.
Is the process scary?
There is no process when done with a professional well developed medium which will cause fear or a feeling of being scared. The person who will come through to contact in no way will want to harm or produce feelings of disharmony. A well respected medium will only give evidence which will benefit the sitter in a positive way. The whole purpose of the process is one of upliftment and to bring presence that there is a way forward to every situation.
Will I be able to speak to who I want?
The process of a reading is not a calling card to who you want to speak to. The person who is contacted will have been chosen to give the certain energy to help or inspire you at that present moment. This does not mean who you are looking to speak with is not around you, just the process of growth is both for the person in spirit as well as you.
How often should I have a reading?
General rule of thumb is no more than every six months. Having a spiritual reading is for evidence of survival and to help develop your soul link on earth. The process of continually seeking regular advice means the role of the sitter has become a need rather than a help. Self development of where you are is much better sought in this instance and seeking advice of how to move forward from where you are in a workshop environment would be much more helpful. Any professional medium worth their salt will not regularly see you but advise on other methods of growing and moving you forward.
How do you develop your psychic abilities?
Everyone is made from the same matter and love. Some people naturally are pre destined I believe to develop to assist others on earth, but everyone has the ability to open to spirit at many levels. Simple meditation to learning about energy levels and the actual process of opening and closing is all natural when taught by a genuine spiritual teacher. The process is learned but spirit are always there; like building a muscle at the gym the more you develop the better the connection. Natural is always the key word, nothing should ever be forced or feel pressured.
What is energy?
Energy is all around us and inside us. Scientifically we are all made up from atoms and matter that vibrate at different frequencies. The subtle changes in frequency are all part of the process of energy. Just like the light you switch on you cannot see it until converted into something the naked human eye can view. With spiritual development many people can sense energies and some can see auras or colour energy. The life force surrounding the body is known as the auric field. A simple definition is like an invisible air flow which supports the well being of the human psyche.
What will you experience from a reading with Chris?
I will firstly connect with a person with Psychometry. This is taking a piece of jewellery first and linking psychically with the auric field of the item. This will give me vibrational knowledge of what is happening in your everyday life. The next process will be going up to spirit world and seeking assistance from them on helping give you an overview on your life or messages usually of confirmation, love memories and guidance. I have developed my unique use of the tarot cards and will also use these for material questions happening on the earth plane again to give choices and an overview of the situation in hand. The spirit link although nearly always there is not always guaranteed. That is the discretion of spirit and how they feel best to work with medium and sitter. A psychic link will always be present.
How long does a reading last?
An average time scale is about thirty minutes. The content is important as if the link with the spirit world is a good one, five minutes of confirmation and exact link is better than an hour of dribble. I liken it to a fisherman going out to sea. The medium casts the net to spirit, like the fisherman and if the net and conditions are right a good catch small in quantity but of high quality will favour dragging back lots of rubbish from the sea bed. Sometimes a couple of sentences can transform someone’s life and give the key needed to open their true potential on earth.
So I will be told exactly what I need to do in life?
No. Is the simple answer to that one. A medium and spirit are not here to take your potential power from you and direct you like a puppet. Spirit I believe work by giving you a tool box where you are equipped to work through a situation or process you may have happening at that time. Also what you hear may not be what you thought you wanted to hear as they see an overview not just the small snippet you may be feeling or experiencing at that moment. A good genuine medium will never say you MUST do. The empowerment of the sitter to take their own life and make it happen is always priority.
What is the difference between Psychic and Clairvoyant reading?
A psychic reading looks at reading energy contained within the auric field and Clairvoyant makes a connection with an incarnate spirit. Both can be used separately or together but the clairvoyant reading needs more discipline usually from the medium and sitter.
